In no event shall AEgis Technologies Ltd, T/A Bed and Breakfasts in Vancouver, Bed and Breakfasts in Victoria, Rentals in Whistler, Rentals in Vancouver etc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our website, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from AEgis Technologies Ltd or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses or delays in operation or transmission of data.
AEgis Technologies Ltd T/A Bed and Breakfasts in Vancouver, Bed and Breakfasts in Victoria, Rentals in Whistler, Rentals in Vancouver etc operates a matching or listing service and will in no way be held liable for any problems encountered by the guest for perceived "inaccuracies" in description or amenities before, during or after the transaction. We do not vet each property and take it in "good faith" that the property will be as described by the owner.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, without regard to the laws that might otherwise govern under principles of conflicts of laws applicable thereto. The legal jurisdiction of this web site is Canada, British Columbia and any filing, or proceeding shall be instituted in that jurisdiction. You and AEgis Technologies Ltd agree to submit to the jurisdiction of provincial and federal courts in British Columbia, and agree that venue is exclusive in these courts in any such legal action or proceeding. Refunds As we (AEgis Technologies Ltd), only sell services, there is no scope for a refund. You will receive the service as described in communicatons with you, as agreed with you prior to the undertaking of the agreed service. For our rentals matching services, there is no refund available as there is a 24 hour "cooling off" period from the time a prospective client agrees to rent an available property to the time that the charge is put through on the clients credit card. The service provided in this instance is a "fee" and not a "deposit" and is therefore not refundable.
